I've received several deliveries from AliExpress to South Africa by Courier Guy without any issue. Now AliExpress has been using SpeedAF for recent deliveries and none of them made it. Those guys are so inept, they don't even know how telephone numbers work. Looks like they got my phone number with +27 XXX country code. Instead of using 0 XXX for a national call they are costantly trying to call XXX without leading 0. Declared me as "unreachable" and returned my parcels. Got in touch with their "help"desk several times, but to no avail. Can't order at AliExpress anymore as long as those guys are in business.

I've dealt with some bad couriers (and some outstanding ones like Takealot and Courier Guy), but Speedaf is the worst yet. My package arrived in the country 20 days ago. They seem to have lost it and are now pretending to have tried to contact me, but that I was uncontactable.This is false because I can see on my phone logs that no attempt was made to call me. There was also no need to contact me in the first place, because my delivery address is easy to find on Google Maps and Waze.I see from other reviews that this is their sneaky tactic.Their WhatsApp chatbot seems to be broken and their service lines are unmanned.The only exception is that their agent Musa has at least followed up with me several times on my "uncontactable" number and has been trying to locate the package internally. We shall see.Update 2026/02/26: Muya Logistics WhatsApped me claiming they had delivered my parcel and asking me to confirm delivery. Of course they had not delivered the parcel. I phoned the number and the guy who answered said he'd follow up. Nothing heard by evening, of course.
Worst company ever..use them at your own risk. They handle goods so poorly. A lot of brackages. Its like they throw your goods around or jump on them even after indicating fragile. They dont care at all. You will raise complaints and they will do nothing about it. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THESE COMPANY TO ANYONE!! TRASH!!
I ordered these Items with the shipping codes below from AliExpress AP00788850948996NG138700855RBR003652863MGSpeedaf have held my packages for a week, they didn’t call me or deliver my packages to me and then they told the seller that I refused the package or they mark it as delivered.Because of this, the seller can’t refund me and I don’t receive the packages Speedaf are liars
I wish I could give minus zero... By far THE WORST delivery service in Nigeria. A courier never called, rather I was the one calling to know where he is, later logged into the website and message reads "can't be reached by courier" For God's sake, what kind of total unprofessionalism is this??? I am so angry
Heartless and dangerous incompetenceSpeedaf delayed a package containing medication for a dying person, sent a fake “out for delivery” message, then completely disappeared. No rider, no response, no accountability. And it's been 3 weeks! You send out delivery notification with a number that doesn't work. May you people perish.This is not just bad service, it is reckless and inhumane. When a logistics company cannot be trusted with time-critical medication and cannot even be contacted, it should not be in business.Avoid Speedaf at all costs.
I bought some stuff from China and speedaf was the courier to Kampala- Uganda.Shipment pays no customs duty but for more than three weeks, the local stuff can’t explain the delay and over time, they stopped picking my calls. It’s the second shipment in a year and the service has been the same. I advise any one interested in a smooth service to avoid Speedaf especially to Uganda. The office is simply non- functional.GODFREY L
