Hi, my name is Palle Ganesh Goud, and I am a BBA graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources. I was a learner in the HEPro HRBP Fellowship Program, and I’m really happy to share my experience. Before joining this fellowship, I had theoretical knowledge of HR, but I lacked clarity on how HR actually works as a business partner in real organizational settings. I was looking for a program that could give me practical exposure, real HRBP thinking, and industry-relevant learning, and that’s when I decided to join HEPro. During the fellowship, I learned how HR functions from a business perspective, not just theory. The sessions covered real HR challenges, data-driven decision-making, and how HR supports overall business outcomes. What really stood out for me was the hands-on projects, structured learning approach, and continuous mentorship, which helped me clearly connect HR concepts to real-life workplace situations. This fellowship helped me build confidence and start thinking like an HR Business Partner. I now understand how to analyze HR problems, align HR strategies with business goals, and communicate more professionally. It truly changed the way I look at HR roles and gave me much better clarity about my career direction. What I liked most about HEPro was the quality of mentoring, practical focus, and constant support from the team. The learning environment was well-organized, engaging, and highly industry-oriented.
