Review Time
I would give 0 starts at this point, unfortunately the minimum is one, so that's what they get.Never really had issues, but on the lasts two orders, thay have done awfully, not even mentioning their customer service - so bad, continuing saying same things like robots without any help. It seems that one of my orders (7th March order) it's on the way, however a previous one (20th Feb) it hasn't been dispatched yet. They are not even replying to the e-mails anymore to shed some light on the matter.Highly disappointed!!
I placed an online order on the January 14th this year and haven't received anything. I've sent 8 emails and had an automated reply to one saying they would respond in 72 hours. Then an email saying the inbox is now closed. No product and no refund.
I have used and enjoyed Herbalife products for many years (around 15 years). Recently I have been pressing them for an answer (and alternatives) on the high reliance of single-use plastic for their packaging. My garage is full of hundreds of empty plastic bottles and cartons from their products and although I try to recycle them myself, there are only so many uses I can find for them. I have been asking my distributor over the last year what their plans are for reducing plastic waste and replacing these plastic bottles with something recyclable. I was told repeatedly that a policy change was imminent. Having pressed them again this week, I was fobbed off once more and told instead that Herbalife is planning to be net carbon zero by 2050. This is just not fast enough and not good enough. And no mention of replacing the plastic bottles with recyclable packaging. Although I have enjoyed their products I have decided never to use them again (or until they change policy). It's a shame because they claim to be doing good for the world through distribution of health food. Unfortunately they are ignoring the damage being done to wildlife and marine life through plastic pollution. I'm really disappointed as I thought this company was better than this. The only thing we can do as consumers is to stop buying from companies who are damaging our planet and to call them out on social media. Take note top management at Herbalife, it's never too late to make changes for the better.
I have tried these products, I did the 10 day challenges etc... However it really is A PYRAMID SCHEME even though they claim not to be! I have spent so much money on these products, got promoted within the pyramid only to find out that when you are due to get paid from your down line, you don't get paid from Herbalife. Herbalife are a con who whilst on video training they say, "don't tell people it's Herbalife you are selling them, instead say it's a global expansion pack". What company, anywhere takes 5 months to pay an employee???To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, I know by writing this that somebody, somewhere within Herbalife will ask me to take this down or remove my review, or face legal action, (as they have done many times before to other individuals) because they are scared of the truth about their company, aka pyramid schemeStay away from these products, go elsewhere, do your own research, find another supplement supplier that doesn't make you join and become a member then try and push you to do the business side, only for it to fail and for you to never get paid!!!
Herbalife claims to be a weight loss program and to help people but they hire people like Rafael armas and his wife as distributors and they are the worst type of people. They go around local gyms making fun of people for being overweight calling them obese and bully people into buying the product. Do better Herbalife!!
I gained 11 stones due to personal circumstances and stress. Was 8.5 stones throughout my teenage and young adult life. I discovered Herbalife through a celebrity who was on an Essex reality show, I was desperate to loose weight and had tried numerous other diet plans. Joined the plan and used it for approx 9 months. It was probably the worse decision I made for my health. The shakes were advertised by this celebrity as hunger curbing and 'breakfast shakes last all the way till lunch'. I was constantly hungry and exhausted. I kept relapsing and having 'cheat days' and put on more weight. I broke out really badly on my face which was another side affect. I tried to give it a good go but it was pointless. 3 years on I've taken the healthier, safer route, sorted out my lifestyle and have come down to my goal weight. Looking back all the red flags were there. I kept seeing 'zoom call meetings' assuming they were health oriented zooms but saw it was 'business opportunities' and a typical pyramid scheme. The team leaders need to be better educated. Majority have no nutritional qualification and are simply selling products as they have joined the pyramid scheme.
I was diagnosed with twisted bowel back in May 2000 in and out of hospital after the emergency operation. The hospital discharged me with a proper diet. I was frustrated could not keep anything down and everything I ate gave me cramps. When I started using herbalife shake, beverage drink and vitamin tablets. My body balance returned back to normal Yes I did experience diarrhea but that was expected after my operation, the herbalife bought back the vitamins that I had been losing. The cellulose tablets worked and reduced the water retention. I am still taking herbalife whenever I can afford the whole package which is herbalife 1 drink, herbalife 2 the beverage and herbalife 3 the vitamin tablets
I know someone that worked for this company partnered with a coach who literally was sneaky and undermining to get ahead.in this business they allow the coaches to do whatever it takes to make the company money. I have seen people use people to open up a nutrition shop with their own money and then undermine to slide in and take over with no buy out fees. Never did any coaching on selling and creating products, they are just like scavengers looking for their next prey. The company was made aware of this going on and never took the initiative to correct the problem. In my opinion this is not a good company to work for.
I have been a Herbalife user for 6 months and have had the pleasure of seeing the most amazing results. I have trained since I was in my 20s and now in my 40s and wish I had been introduced to these products years ago. I have increased muscle mass and lost Body Fat and feel amazing. please ignore the Naysayer comments below as to when you are unable to sustain and have no motivation people always tend to blame the products and not themselves or they have not had the right mentor to guide them. The people introducing me have had my back since day 1 and helped me every step of the way. the Herbalife community is positive, enthusiastic, and motivational. if you are looking for a simplistic way to a healthy life then Herbalife is the way forward.
