Bought a gazebo from them in August last year. Used it for the first time last weekend, May bank holiday, and it broke when setting it up. The frame broke in 5 places, all at the joins in the crossmembers.I sent photos and they admitted it was a manufacturers defect, as the damage was all at the same points in the frame.They offered me a new frame which I initially accepted, then I refused as I was concerned the same thing would happen. I also informed them the roof was damaged when the frame collapsed. They then told me the roof had been damaged from the frame blowing over, which wasn't true, and they refused liability after accepting liability. This tells you everything you need to know about this company.Don't buy from them. Their guarantee isn't worth a penny.I'm now going to have to go through the small claims court.
