Where is my sofa bed? I placed my order in August, and it still hasn't arrived. We needed it for Christmas guests, which seems impossible now. I could have traveled far and picked one up myself before this service manages to deliver. It's unacceptable.
We ordered all our lounge furniture from the company. The product selection and quality are outstanding. Visiting their showroom was a great experience, allowing us to see and feel the fabrics. In the summer, we ordered an additional footstool to match our two high-backed chairs, which has now arrived perfectly. The representative has been incredibly helpful throughout, even during a delay with our chosen fabric. We highly recommend them. Everyone comments on how lovely and comfortable our sofas and chairs are.
A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Very helpful showroom staff with a vast selection of furniture and fabrics, efficient and timely delivery, and perhaps the best aftercare service we've ever encountered. There was a quick resolution to an issue with our chairs, handled without fuss and with friendly courtesy.
Personalized and flexible service. In an age of anonymous call centers and automated responses, it's refreshing to talk to someone who truly cares about your requests. Moreover, I have a single point of contact for all inquiries, whether by email or phone. I can't fault the representative; she's been incredibly helpful and responsive. I’ll update this review once the furniture arrives, but based on the service so far, things look promising.
The representative was extremely helpful at the showroom. All the samples we selected worked perfectly. We were promised delivery before Christmas, and they exceeded expectations: our new sofas arrived on December 1st! The delivery team was excellent—we are thrilled with our incredibly comfortable, top-quality sofas. Thank you!
