Overpriced. Inconvenient with how often they change selection and not keeping any staples. After about half a year of exclusively buying their coffee I am done. It is insanely expensive, AND once you find a taste that you like, you come back the next month and it is no longer there! I adore good tasting coffee, but they're making me do WORK every month trying to guess which of their new coffees I might like and trying to see if any of them are at a reasonable price! It is not fun and a time and energy drain!

Insanely good specially coffee. Got a cup in one of their cafés and never looked back. I’ve been ordering from them for half a year more or less. Recently I had an interaction with customer support and it is as good as the coffee. Fast and human-scale. 10/10
Bought Lucia and completely disappointed. Perhaps quality control is not upto scratch at Hermanos as it used to be. Unevenly roasted beans and odd beans that would lead to bitter taste in the cup. Example picture attached*Order was rectified by hermanos. Thanks for your feedback/prompt resolution.
