I would give this “company” a zero. I admit I didn’t do research before my purchase but here are the red flags, the only contact information goes to a single email address that only provides auto responses when I asked to return the unopened product. The package arrived from “Betty” from some address in NY. The package originally came from an unknown location in China with a false address in WY. The exact origin and contents in the package or unknown and extremely suspicious, therefore I didn’t open the package or dare to try the product. Buyer beware.
I ordered a product and it took too long to get to me. I wrote the company and Archie helped me out! Gave me details on my order and even helped with moving forward. I gave 4 stars due to the time it takes for product to get mailed to you. Customer service was great! Thanks you again Archie!
The only thing outside of antibiotics that helps. Gummies are really good. I didn’t know that I signed up for subscription. So in a panic i cancelled and Kristel assisted me. Not sure why i did that because i will be ordering again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Best thing invented. After wasting money on all other probiotics I’m glad I finally came across something that actually helps. Thank you NUORA for saving us.
Would have left no stars. Never got my delivery but they are taking my payments. Takes days for them to respond to an email asking for the info I already gave. Called the number and it disconnected me several times. No customer service at all. Terribly run company. Next time I’ll order them from Amazon?
I’ve had a bad experience with them as well. I like the product but it’s false advertising because it shows a three month supply for like $60 so of course you know that’s a still so I ordered it and I was only sent one package when I emailed it took them about two weeks to reply back and they said no, you have to hit three. Why am I gonna order three packages if it says a three month supply so they refuse to give me my three month supply. I also sent screenshots of where it says a three month supply for like $60 and nowhere did it say you have to order three of them.
This is a fabulous product and has helped me no end. When i needed to adjust my subscription, Jera helped me no end without complication and with the greatest of ease, im so grateful.
I had the same problem as others have mentioned. Ordered 79$ worth of product Jan 24th and can only email a Bot. Nobody has attempted to get back to me. Today I filed fraud on my CC and they put a temporary credit on my credit card. Ironically, tonight it shows tracking on my product for the first time since I ordered it. All it said on 1/25 was order shipped but with no specific info. Tonight it shows it’s gone through customs and into New York? I thought this product was made on the USA? I think this is a Scam!!
I purchased Nuora Gut Health on Jan 25th is Feb 18th and no product yet, the tracking shows this products is going through Export customs? Does that mean this product is coming from another country?
I placed a one-time order for Nuora gummies in January to try the product. I hadn’t even finished what I bought when I was charged again, and I did not knowingly opt into a subscription at checkout. I also didn’t have clear email communication that I was enrolled in auto-ship.
I only discovered the subscription after logging into the customer portal to investigate an order confirmation, where I saw a subscription attached. I immediately canceled it on my end and requested the company cancel my pending order and confirm no further charges.
This experience felt deceptive and unnecessarily stressful. I would recommend being extremely cautious and double-checking the checkout terms and your account settings to make sure you’re not signed up for recurring shipments. Because I did all that, checked my email confirmations when the order shipped to make sure there was no subscriptions wasn’t listed and these folks played me. I had to login with my ShopPay account to see the subscription they signed me up for or else I would’ve never know!
