Very pooor customer services and over 24 hours to respond to an issue and then blame it on the courier who they choose to use when primarily it is them as a company that employ them by giving the business top them and classing them as not a budget company. Maybe they should have employed a budget company to deliver as they probably would have delivered it on the correct day and before the published time instead of being nearly 40 hours late.This is not a very good way of dealing with customer expectations.
Excellent company to purchase from. Have used them several times for my pond fish food. The ultra sinking goldfish food they seem to love and I buy a few extras like the insect pellets which go down a treat. Ordered on a Sunday evening received a message that items dispatched and it was a bank holiday. Pity more businessess don't follow this model of service. Can't recommend them enough
I cannot rate Herons high enough. I would give ten stars if I could. I ordered my koi food on 16th July in the afternoon. It arrived today 17th July at 10:43 via Evri. Excellent customer service as always from this company. From ordering to delivery. The quality of the koi food is excellent too.

It takes an astounding company for me to write a review, and this company is outstanding...Their customer service responded to my query and resolved it all within hours of my first contact.. The items were well packed and received within 24hrs of ordering.. I thoroughly recommend Heronspetworld
