This seller misrepresents their location and appears to operate from abroad. The quality of the coat was very disappointing. I returned it at my own expense on 23rd October. The last update on the shipping service was on 4th December, indicating it was held in customs, with no further updates by 13th December. The responses from the support team seem automated. I recommend avoiding this seller.

Terrible service from this company. The clothes did not fit well. They were evasive about providing return information. When I finally received an address, the clothing was returned to me months later. This business appears to be fraudulent, so don't waste your time or money.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I bought two suitcases; one in September, and they took my money without informing me it was out of stock until I inquired about delivery. I then bought another suitcase, and they took my money again, only to inform me it was also unavailable after weeks of back and forth. I finally received a refund, but the service was disgraceful. Avoid this seller!
Steer clear of this scam! They sent the wrong item, which I proved with images of my order confirmation and what I received. Despite this, they insisted I return it at my expense, which was €30 for a £45.95 item. Their policy states they cover return costs for wrong items! They initially offered a 5% refund to keep the wrong item, and after many emails, they increased it to 30%. I've reported this to my credit card for a chargeback. This seller is deceptive!
I placed an order with a promised 4-7 day delivery. Nearly three months later, after numerous emails, the items arrived, and they were not Cashmere at all. No labels or any proper identification. This is a scam, and I informed them of it. They need to be banned from advertising.
'Merino Wool' top turned out to be a poor-quality polyester/cotton mix—almost laughable. This seems to be a scam operation, with customer service responses going in circles, offering minimal discounts and unreasonable return fees. Avoid at all costs.
If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Please don't waste your time. I've been waiting since June 25 for a refund. After 50 emails, I still haven't received it, with claims of technical issues. I won't stop until I get my money back, despite the ridiculous responses from their representative.
