The instructions for dosage are somewhat unclear. The label on the bottle states to take 2 pills once a day, while other sources indicate taking 2 pills twice daily. Moreover, there aren't enough pills in a single bottle for a month's supply.
The customer service was good, and my order arrived on schedule. The product has been effective for me, although it took several months to notice the changes. I also dyed my hair, which made it harder to see the results until I stopped dyeing it.
