Great experience from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained and well organised, and the staff were friendly, professional, and really supportive. One particular member of staff that was very helpful, friendly and very supportive, was Carolyn, Training Operation administrator. She was brilliant and I can’t thank her enough with all her support. The instructors were patient and knowledgeable, which helped build confidence quickly. Training was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this HGV training centre.
