Recently I have deposited to the site and for the first time ever my account was not credited I have reached out via email multiple times no way to contact anyone and it have not been resolved this is beyond frustrating and foul I never expected this from them

Terrible customer service and redemption never received. I thought this was one of the more legitimate sweepstakes casinos which is why I am so disappointed with my experience. Didn’t mind taking my money with the information they already had. The only time a real person responded is when I included legal jargon in the email. Then I got a response from a Nick telling me plenty of people who actually provide clear pictures get their redemptions. The picture of my ID couldn’t be more clear and I’ve heard nothing and it’s been two weeks. They will quickly take your money but if there is an issue on their end they have zero concern when it comes to rectifying it. If you’re listening High 5 Casino, I’d still like my $200 and maybe a real person who is interested in providing customer service and resolving my issue to contact me.
