So far I'm just going through the modules and trying my best not to get overwhelmed. These guys have done great in giving us lots of info. Since I just started, I can tell you about my onboarding experience. I chose the incubator program with DIY store. The guy was professional, I signed a couple legal docs. I got started with slack and so far my coach is getting back to me with answers at a reasonable time. The orientation was a little pointless, the guy on the call didn't give me any info I didn't know an when I did asked him something he just told me to ask my coach. Anyway, Ill update once I get some good progress.

I have asked for help getting started again after a medical scare and have only gotten phone calls or texts asking for more money. Or asking for a call during my work hours. I don't even know who my coach actually is. I do not recall the exact date I requested help, and in order to see my history, I have to spend more money to upgrade my slack.
