Caution with this Service

This was my third loan, which should have qualified me for three extended payments. However, my reloan was declined. I was told to wait 30 days, which resets the period and limits me to one payment. My payday was higher, and I had fewer loans compared to my last loan, making the decline reason unclear. They also requested my banking information again, which felt suspicious.
