Well, I have put my property on at the market price, on your platform. I haven't got one response!This may be because It's only been on there for a few days. It could also be because my ad is not constructed very well? So, the rating is solely based on responses (which have been zero).
Well this breaks the mould on the buying a house experience , and all for the better. A really pleasant experience, first hand knowledge on the flow of the house, history and personal experiences of living in the Property. This approach cuts out the sales talk and allows you to ask direct questions with answers, its more believable and trustworthy.
