Review Time
I had some problems with my house listing as a first-time seller but every issue I had was addressed very quickly and my emails answered normally the same day or first thing in the morning if I sent my querry/question late in the evening or at night. We have just had a viewing requested through Hiizzy website. Hopefully it will lead to the sale.
Not Perfect But Good. Initially had difficulty but realised I was the problem. Once you understand the layout it will be very simple. What I didnt like is that those wishing to book a viewing must 1st register. However lets see how this company grows
I listed my house yesterday and found the process pretty straightforward. I did lose everything I had input twice and had to start again . That’s probably due more to my ineptitude than the site . Possibly a “save” button would be useful ? I started on my laptop , then switched to mobile to upload the photos as mine are in the cloud . The AI generated description is really good - it creates an overall comprehensive review of your property simply from inputting single words . As one review states , people don’t always show up to view - that has happened to me when selling through an agent too . Sometimes they cancel last minute - yes when you have cleaned! It does mean you have a shiny house though . Yes , selling property is incredibly stressful , but at least with Hiizzy you have control . It’s a brilliant , innovative idea for Jersey which has been under the minimum 1% kosh for way too long . I’m hoping it creates more competition within the housing market in Jersey - agents will need to reduce their fees. It’s great that listings will also be on Places.je- mine hasn’t appeared on there yet - hopefully today . I will give more feedback as the weeks go by . I would encourage everyone to list with Hiizzy and help them disrupt the current way houses are sold in Jersey. Saving thousands of pounds is a no - brainier .
