I placed an order with a tight delivery deadline. I successfully submitted the order and communicated with a representative who helped me cancel an accidental duplicate order. My duplicate order was quickly canceled while I waited, and my order arrived a day earlier than expected. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and quick response.

The free band promotion seemed misleading. I ordered 350 bands from their US location to support local jobs. Their promotion advertised buying 100 to get 100 or 200 free, but there was no mention of needing to order 100 of the same color. I didn’t see the free bands on my invoice, so I reached out immediately. When I finally understood the issue and asked them to adjust my order to qualify (or cancel it), they informed me it was already in production. They refused to honor the free band promotion.
