Blessed and revived...

Yet again, life-changing truth about faith and our relationship with Yahweh, as He has revealed Himself in the Bible, was preached by Pastor Jerry. I left with a message that I have already shared with a whole host of believers. Hillsong is a large church, but Pastor Jerry recognised my daughter, who can only attend sporadically, as she has moved out of London, and invited her to continue a conversation that they had begun several months ago. Thanks to this amazing sermon, I have been able to confidently 'lift my faith.' I also trust and believe that God can forgive and use my mistakes, just as He did with Abraham. One day soon, let's hope that these messages will be broadcast online where any and everyone can be blessed.

Hillsong is the single best church you…

Hillsong is the single best church you can go to. The way that I found god shine through me and make me the person I am today. The production and lights are out of this world and Hillsong only knows how to bring life and the Holy Spirit for anyone who enters the church. Believe me when I say Hillsong has converted many of my friends to come to church and even get baptised.

Disappointed

Hello everyone... I went this church nearly 3 years for the London theatre. I'm sorry to say I didn't collect any good experience from the church. People friendly but...a strong spirituality which can't believe came out from the church and realised it's evil. In my family many things happen which I don't expect as for my life. A lot of help for my enemies and alot of fighting with my own people. Like a 'ocean wave ', my enemies ( bobby done a curse with ocean waves) went higher than me. Their spirit connectd with my friends and families. I lost my money, my husband and my home my pet. My husband went out with another woman and at last they caught me to the police, and bind my mouth and No one open the mouth for me. Some people sexually abuse my self . My family problems come out . Today I feel low about my self. Never put your step to there. You will be disappointed like me. They made me worse. Don't know how to stop this waves and up to now suffer. Oh god help us.

Hillsong church London UK

Hillsong church London UK. Loved this church for the first couple of years. The music the lights the action. Everyone seemed welcoming and friendly like family. Then as the years passed I sadly discovered how fake some of the teams, congregation, doctrine and it's leaders were.I began to see it's materialistic, narcissistic , nepotistic, elitist, ageist self gaining, celebrity worshipping culture. It always seemed to promote the younger people. Which is great but the oldies ain't all dead yet. I never saw anyone over the age of 30 front the worship team. Their productions seem to promote the same old favourite faces. Alot of those in these teams come across as arrogant elitist and rude. What do you expect when their very own leaders act the same way. For me this church seems to have succumb to the world to gain it's popularity and fanbase. I felt people went there more for the hangouts, the glitz, the Glastonbury vibes, to network, for self gain and to find a potential partner or partners. They also want money alot of it. They're always selling merchandise (even on a Sunday) always serm to need money for various charities Heart for the House etc. The biggie is of course TITHING. There's always a tithing pep talks before the the buckets come round. Just to make sure you empty your pockets.. Alot of visiting pastors serm to be always plugging their latest book or album after their talk. These visitors also get given donations from a thank you bucket that goes round, which amounts to a hell of alot, when you consider you have 1000 s in the congregation. It can leave a bitter taste in your mouth when you witness pastor's living seemingly lavish lifestyles.ie living in prestigious London accomadation, owning nice cars, with the odd Harley in tow and adorned in high branded clothing. Not forgetting the paradical holidays. I say forget about being a doctor become a Hillsong Pastor. It seems the trendy and popular thrive there, while the introverts get lost in the crowd. Watch BBC Storyville called Jesus goes viral and the Hillsong documentary on Sky. After my years of experience in this church these programs got it 100% right. No bias. For me this is not a church of God.In a nutshell the founder Brian mega rich Houston had to leave due to maybe withholding information about his pedophile father. Who has been accused of child rape.Brian Houston also has been accused of immoral conduct with two women and shortly after left the church.Read up on Carl Lentz Celebrity narcissistic prosperity culture. All about the money honey.

Welcoming, loving Church (UK Newcastle)

Bit surprised to see Hillsong hasn't claimed this listing on Trust Pilot, but since it does exist, may as well comment. I can only speak from experience of attending a smaller, local, North East (UK Newcastle) campus. We were once Newcastle Christian Life Center, who then joined the 'Hillsong Family' and eventually joined Hillsong formally, after many years. Is the Church perfect? No. Do we get everything right? No. Do we try our best to be welcoming to any and all who come in? Yes.We're all just humans (mostly volunteers), with contrasting personalities, trying to live Christian lives, serving guests and one another. We all serve different roles, whether that be media, production, welcome team, music and more.Hopefully we create a welcoming environment, for returning community or new. Do we have a predominantly Youngish congregation, yes, and some of us do wear ripped jeans and hoodies. But our community is both young and old and diverse. You really can come as you are, and no one will judge you. I just hope you like loud music!I wouldn't still be part of that community, after over a decade, if I didn't both love and trust the Church, the team I server a long side and the leadership holding it up. But again, I'm only speaking from a local Church perspective, not for the larger UK or Global perspective.
