Review Time
PLEASE avoid this service. They were charging my credit card an exorbitant amount of money for "leads" located in different states and in some cases different time zones. Then they made it impossible to cancel my account with them, so my card kept getting charged. They actually admit to doing this on their BBB page: "Regarding the difficulty in removing your credit card details, our platform no longer supports this feature due to misuse by certain accounts." So it's okay for them to "misuse" your credit card because they feel they've been "misused" before. Long story short, you will have to cancel your credit card to get them to stop charging you. Horrible, unethical and perhaps illegal practice. I'm thinking of escalating to my state's AG.
Oh boy, if only I saw these reviews before I paid this company any money. I can see that customers give good reviews but all the tutors give low ratings. I would tell all tutors to STAY AWAY from this company. They have only email to get support and I have sent maybe 100+ messages to people listing tutoring needs over 2+ years or to direct leads and never, never got a single hour of tutoring. A big waste of time, go elsewhere!
Rawan has been so easy to work with and engaging! My daughter is behind in 7th grade math and has a lot of missing assignments and a big math test. In 3 sessions she helped her catch up and have confidence going into the exam. My daughter requested to continue working with Rawan… that is the biggest compliment!!
