This is my second time using HkLongD and they didn’t just meet but far my expectations. Due to my short stay in HK, it would have been a logistical nightmare for me to coordinate receipt of a TaoBao shipment. HKlongD helped me place the order, coordinate the shipment and timed the delivery to my hotel when I arrived ! They gave me status updates every step of the way and even confirmed with the hotel front desk. Truly a pleasure working with HkLongD and I highly recommend their services!

They helped me buy a plush on Shopee TW because I couldn’t message the seller since I didn’t have a local phone number. They helped me communicate with the seller and asked them to ship it to my hotel since I was in Taiwan for a holiday! Would definitely recommend :))

Overall experience was great! Seller explained everything to me at beginning - how things go, what are costs, shipping time and when item will be shipped from him that he'll notify me. Everything was as he said and soon as he received item he provided me with picture per my request. Seller is genuine human who is kind, humble and tries his best to help both parties achieve what they want. Definitely 5 STARS experience and reason to return if opportunity shows again.
