Great communication with Martyn, i sent him 2 football shirts to be framed! Fast turnaround,from me sending the shirts down, to recieving the framed shirts back to me,on the other side of the country,was only 8 days! Excellent service,both shirts expertly framed, very well packaged and delivered! Exactly what i wanted! Will definitely be using them again for other shirts! 10 out of 10 for service and a great firm to deal with!👍👍😁

Unreal service!!!I ordered my son a sign shirt for Christmas. When I opened it, the shirt was correct, but the frame was cracked. This must have been during transport. I contacted Martyn, and wow, the service was unreal even over the Christmas period. Communication was clear and very helpful. My son is over the moon with his West Ham shirt, and it is hanging proudly on his wall. Thanks, Martyn.
Great item , fantastic service . Finally decided the week before Christmas the item wanted , Hobbs pulled out all the stops and item arrived in 3 days . Unfortunately the delivery guy decided to use the large framed item as an umbrella and managed to break the glass front . Disappointing when opened Christmas morning . Again Hobbs stepped up and covered the cost of repair. Item is proudly on the wall looks great . I highly recommend this company they really go the extra mile .
I’ve purchased many items from Martyn and haven’t been disappointed with any, communication is always excellent with me and responses are swift. The only reason my review isn’t 5 stars is because my purchases normally take longer than expected and I very rarely get an email regarding delivery but other than that I’m very happy.
Emailed regarding the item response was quick and friendly . Delivery was as stated and packaged so well it was a challenge to hide it unnoticed until Xmas My husband was over the moon and it has pride of place in the hallway it looks so good i allowed it
I made contact with Hobbs Memorabilia on the evening of Friday 7th November via their WhatsApp contact. I was trying to source a Paul Gascoigne England shirt. Martin was extremely helpful with quick response even out of working hours. He sent the Framed item out Saturday morning and I received the item today 11th November.
