Extremely disappointing experience.

I am giving no stars for this service. I submitted my wife's coat as faulty, and they assured me they would resolve the issue. Months later, I have received nothing but empty promises; the coat has neither been returned nor replaced. They don't respond to calls and continually brush us off. I've reported them to the relevant authorities. I strongly advise against engaging with this unacceptable company. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.

Excessive custom fees

I had to pay customs fees in Ireland after already paying for delivery, and the size was incorrect. If you buy a tweed jacket, consider going up a size. The coat is lovely but the overall experience was too much trouble.

I had to give 1 star as I couldn't give 0. Bought a pair of boots and the sole detached from the toe within a day. Replaced them, and the new pair fell apart after two days. A complete waste of time and money.
