I ordered a women's woolen beanie but got a men's leather cap instead. I attempted to call the number listed on the website, but it seems to be fake. My only choice was to report the website directly to the platform, and this is the response I received: 'Your message has been forwarded to the merchant. To discuss this issue further, please contact the merchant directly.' If they're not going to take any action, why even have a report issue page?
