Still waiting on my order

I have not yet received my order, and there are no updates on when I can expect it. It was meant as a Christmas gift for my son, which is very disappointing.

Bad delivery. Great customer service.

Quality of clothes is Five stars. The hoodie I bought for my husband was absolutely perfect. Had some issues with shipping listed belowNissa Paloma (whom I had automatically contacted for customer support) was amazing. I had my package delivered to the wrong building (similar address but mine was CLEARLY ###C as in Building C & my package was delivered to Building A). The Customer Service agent was as able to dive deeper and send me photos of my package to help me locate it. I was able to go to my leasing agent (since I have ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS to other buildings I had to get the access through the leasing agent) & LUCKILY I figured out which building had my package. But the delivery was AWEFUL. I did NOT get to give my package to my husband for Christmas because of this error. BUT because of Nissa I was able to locate it and give it to him AFTER the special day. Nissa gets FIVE STARS( I know I’m only giving three but that’s the over all experience). Whoever delivered the package gets like two stars for at least making it to the same complex but I shouldn’t have to run around and scavenger hunt to find my package so whoever delivered my page gets two freaking stars & should be trained better on pausing and looking at the address before delivering. Not okay. Not okay at all.

I still dont have it

I still dont have it. It hasn't even arrived in Canada. You continued to tell people to order even after i had, in order to receive by Xmas. You didn't even ship my order until the 23rd of December and it may arrive in another week.

I haven’t even received my order They’re quick to take your money but not so great at fulfilling the orders or following up with customers.Terrible experience so far. And you’re asking me for a review-without having fulfilling my order and that’s ridiculous.

Nearly a month to ship.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a sweater that was supposed to be here by Christmas. It’s been over 3 weeks and I never received my item. Contacted customer service and said the item is still on the way?? They also ship from china which should’ve been disclosed. I would not have ordered from this website.
