I've reached out multiple times via email, but the support team can't provide any updates or an estimated delivery date. It was intended as a Christmas gift, and this situation has greatly affected my experience.
I was really looking forward to this product. I wanted to give a higher rating, but I never received my items. I'm unsure if they are still in transit since I haven't received any shipping updates or confirmation of delivery. I suggest they provide shipping updates via email or text, as this is common practice among many brands. The clothing looks great online, though.
