Review Time
Just attempted a purchase and after entering the first Visa CC it said “Invalid” (odd). Second attempt using another Visa CC & got a Fraud Alert on my mobile phone asking if I had just tried to use my Visa for a different amount at different company name. Called Visa and turns out to be a scam whereby CC info went to a Japanese company. Cancelled Visa card. Don’t know if SunGard got hacked themselves or if they are part of the scam. I now see that 2 days ago someone else had much the same experience. BEWARE!!!
After doing a research on this generalsungard.com, Trustpilot and scamadvider.com showed good reviews, went ahead and placed an order which at checkout, in the icons it says American Express is accepted, I input my Amex info and rejected saying it doesn't not accept Amex, first red flag, then I used my VISA which took a while to go thru. I didn't receive a confirmation email even though I provided one, I checked my VISA transactions and right away one populated not for the amount charged on generalsungard.com, a different company, so definitely a scam. Don't trust this site
