I had a frustrating time with this booking platform. After days of selecting a suitable villa, it was cancelled the next day due to overbooking. This happened multiple times with different reservations. I cannot recommend this platform at all.
This is the most frustrating website for holiday bookings. After spending days finding a villa that met our needs, it was cancelled the next day due to overbooking. This happened not just once, but twice with different reservations. I would never use this site again.
They sold us a vacation that they knew was unavailable. We booked a villa far in advance and inquired about an early check-in, which led us to discover that our booking was not honored. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we received no clear answers until it was too late. The owner finally informed us that they had communicated this to the service team when we made the booking. We could have arrived to find no accommodation, which is every traveler's nightmare. There was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused. The handling of our situation was unacceptable.
They provided excellent help when I needed to cancel our booking due to unfortunate news. I was struggling with the process, but after reaching out, they took care of everything for me. I couldn't be more thankful and will definitely use their services again.
Our fully prepaid Christmas booking was cancelled less than a week before arrival due to vague 'personal reasons' from the host. This was unacceptable during peak season. The cancellation came after we provided personal details and was concerningly timed. No realistic alternatives were offered, and the service team took no responsibility. This caused major disruptions to our holiday plans, and I would not trust this platform for future bookings.
I booked this for a special occasion but was met with disappointment. The property was in dire need of repairs, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. I was shocked to find out that the price had increased unexpectedly. We chose not to stay and instead booked another hotel. When I requested a refund, they refused.
