I took my four year old niece and we loved every minute of it. We had drinks there and played in the arcades. It such a friendly place and the staff in all sections were lovely. It was all very clean, hygienic and bright staff will even set the screens up ready for you. At your lane you can order drinks and food so you don’t have to stop playing. We will definitely be back again
Overall we had an enjoyable & fun night out. The cocktails were decent for 2 4 £12 & the place looked quite cool with bar furniture the giant modern, chandelier type lighting. Over all, staff were helpful & friendly especially in the reception & arcade area. Some of bar staff could do with a few more people skills & the place could do with a little more efficiency in glass & pot collection around the entire place, but over all happy to return in future.
Good experience overall but dont get vip its theres no difference that i could see. Also my partner mentioned the toilets werent usable due to feaces and toilet paper in every cubicle. That been said the mens were clean this maybe due to lack of respect from customers and vandles

Took advantage of the2 games and a drink for £10 when we got to the bar I started to look at the food menu only to be told you are too busy with corporate bookings to provide a food service unless I had a voucher. This was quite annoying as we wanted to eat and bowl with our daughter as a treat we decided to rush the games skip the arcades and then went to kfc over the road. What made this more frustrating was the message at the bottom of the monitor asking if you needed lane service to order food and drinks … really disappointed won’t be returning anytime soon .. I would suggest putting this on the website before allowing people to book quoting no food service
Visited here sataday evening on a rugby game day the place was super busy and atmosphere great with mixtures of all ages. Had to book in advanced.
The staff were excellent to say the least dealing with the high demand in all departments very committed and professional especially on a sataday evening.

I attended a friend's birthday party and had a fantastic experience. The bowling lanes are well-maintained, and the guests were respectful, making it easy to enjoy ourselves. The staff were very friendly, and the restrooms were generally clean.
- Long wait times: Even with a reservation, we had to wait extensively before starting our bowling. - Insufficient assistance: No staff member was available to help us set up our game, which left us to manage on our own. - Damaged and inaccessible facilities: The accessible restrooms were broken and unusable, which is entirely unacceptable and discriminatory. - No accommodations for wheelchair users: There were no appropriate modifications at the lane to allow a wheelchair user to dine comfortably. - Extra charges for disability: We were informed that we had to use a VIP lane because of the wheelchair, which resulted in additional fees. This felt discriminatory and unjust. - Slow overall service: We faced long delays for food, drinks, and general assistance. - Unhelpful staff demeanor: Employees mentioned that a birthday party took precedence, despite our own booking of a celebration VIP package. - Cleanliness issues: The floors were dirty and sticky, and the bowling area was not well-maintained. - Subpar food quality: The food did not meet the expectations given the price we paid. - Poor timing of food delivery: Our food arrived during the game, causing it to get cold while we tried to manage eating and playing. - Lack of engagement from staff: Overall, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout our visit. - No VIP experience at all: The visit did not reflect a VIP package, despite the extra expense. - Poor value for money: The entire experience felt like a total rip-off.
This venue provides a fun and energetic atmosphere right from the entrance. The bowling lanes are well-kept, and the ambiance allows you to unwind and have a good time with friends or family. It's an excellent option for a laid-back and entertaining outing.
I was treated poorly by a staff member for my kids leaving some candy wrappers in the area. She muttered negative comments about my children under her breath, while many others left messes without any staff intervention. It was truly disappointing. If you're unhappy in your role, perhaps it's time to consider a change.
