This is a very pro-active company. I like that they are always present when there is an issue and they look for solutions rather than add to the aggravation. I am in Miami, Florida; so to received my order within a week's time is fantastic. Patricia, the wonderful agent that has handled my orders has been extremely helpful, hands on and has worked diligently to solve the few issues that arose in the best possible manner. In this order one of the boxes was not particularly well packaged unfortunately, and there were a few breakage issues. Again; the issues were addressed one item at a time and due to the fact that these were hand made items proper solutions for corrections were implemented. For those of you that buy a lot; I encourage you to visit the site regularly until you find a coupon at the top of the site. They vary % but it will help your pocket a great deal. Although now you have to pay shipping from Italy into the USA, the fees are very modest and the shipping time is excellent. They pay for duties (if any) so buying here from the comfort of your home is even better than going to Europe and bringing the pieces with you! You will not be disappointed of their commitment as a global corporation, their overall value for the items they represent, shipping and customer service. Very high standard company with still a human touch which is delightful to find in this torrid technological world.
