Review Time
This has been the most disappointing experience I've had with a watch brand. I purchased the watch in August 2025, and just a month later, it was losing time. After returning it, I received it back a week later with only a small note and no follow-up. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again, and when I contacted them about a second return, requesting at least a mechanism replacement under warranty, I received no substantial response. The watch returned with the same problem. A reputable brand would have handled this better. Instead, I received another handwritten note without explanation. The watch has become nearly useless (costing 1000 euros) since I have to adjust the time every two days. It's hard to believe they market this as a diver's watch when it's completely unreliable! I had higher hopes for this "promising" micro brand, but I will definitely choose a more established brand next time.

I returned the watch, and they claimed it was scratched. I never even wore it, and the packaging was intact when I sent it back. They immediately returned it to me for me to keep. When it arrived, the watch was in even worse condition, which I documented. After numerous emails, they accepted the return but still deducted from my refund. It was a frustrating experience with poor customer service. Never again!
Departure: Gatwick (England) - Check-in and ground staff were excellent, with no issues regarding luggage or queues. Flight was smooth and comfortable, with a fantastic captain. Aircraft was generally good, but cleanliness could use improvement. Cabin crew were mostly good, though some could enhance their attitude and friendliness. Return: Riga - Arrival involved a lengthy walk (about 27 minutes). Passport control and immigration were standard. Ground staff - Some appeared indifferent or rude, with one at baggage collection acting more like an authority figure than a helpful staff member. Other staff were fine. Facilities - Cleanliness needs attention, and café options were limited. Overall, there were positive aspects, such as a safe flight and competent staff at Gatwick, but areas like aircraft cleanliness and staff warmth in Riga need improvement.
I was disheartened to see some negative reviews, as my experience was quite the opposite. I had a series of questions about their watches and received prompt responses each time. I visited the showroom to preview some watches with a representative and had a delightful time trying them on. The experience was enjoyable, and the purchases I made have been fantastic so far. I hope my experience reflects what others will encounter moving forward.
I had a nightmare experience! I had to message multiple times before receiving a response. They mentioned the clasp issue had been resolved, so I ordered the watch. When it arrived, it not only had the clasp issue but also dirt behind the glass! After several messages, I'm still waiting for a refund response. Stay away!
This is the first negative review I've ever written. I've been building a watch collection for 25 years, mostly high-end brands. Recently, I decided to explore micro brands and had positive experiences until I purchased from this brand. The watch was beautiful online, but it arrived late. I inquired about the delay and received no response until I got one blaming the Paris Olympics. Eventually, the watch arrived but wouldn't stay wound, even with my daily activity. I won't send it for repair due to their poor customer service. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and their lack of response.
