Delivery issues and wrong equipment

They should close down as they are nothing but thieves. This is the worst service I've ever experienced, and it barely functions.

Avoid this internet service

This service is frustrating. It's hard to reach anyone for help, and when you do, the communication is poor. The return policy is misleading; if I don't return the equipment, I get charged, but if I do, they deduct a fee. This feels like a scam—stay away.

They shouldn't operate where I live

They shouldn't be allowed to operate here. After hearing about the money-back guarantee, I thought I’d give it a try. We quickly realized it was not worth it. The guarantee was misleading, and despite paying for a good router, we received a fraction of our refund after returning it. Contacting them is nearly impossible. This is the worst company I've dealt with—don't waste your time or money.

Difficult to work with

This company is hard to deal with. I canceled my service months ago, yet they keep charging my card. I bought equipment but had to return it despite canceling, and now I'm facing extra fees. They owe me money and charged more than promised. This business will be reported.

Worst technology experience

This has been the worst piece of technology I’ve owned. It rarely stays connected, and when it does, the performance is subpar. Customer service is nonexistent, and when trying to cancel, I recommend changing your card number to avoid further charges.

Terrible service

Service was great until they received my payment, then it disappeared. The service is overpriced and barely functions. After returning it, I continued to get charged for months with no customer support to resolve the issue. We switched to a better provider with significantly improved speeds at a lower cost. Warning about this service
