Voltage Issues Addressed

I understand the negative feedback here. I ordered a cordless vacuum and was informed about the voltage mismatch, 110 V instead of the 230 V required. Their communication was excellent, as they helped me consider a voltage converter and offered a full refund. Although I didn't receive what I wanted, the refund was processed quickly. Good service overall.

If there was a negative rating I would use it. Do not use this company. It is not based in NZ and therefore have to return products to the US at your own expense, plus incur a 15% tariff. This is not mentioned on the website and is misleading and false advertising. I thought I could post in back to the "mailing address" they state on the webiste and incur the cost, but it is a company in the US. The product is of poor quality. I paid $137 and I can get the same product for $15 in Mitre 10 and Bunnings. I have contacted them and they have offered $20 and no refund. I want a full refund and accept I will have to incur the domestic postage charge but that is $10, not $40 plus a 15% US tariff. These companies should not be allowed to operate this way. They put people off using online companies as its hard to tell which companies are based in NZ or overseas. Especially when there is nothing on their website to indicate an overseas address and their mailing address is in Auckland. Update :Homeloft have said they have already been in touch. They have sent me 8/9 similar/ standard emails offering me $20 off the price. I paid &140 for for the item that I cannot use. Think the only option now is to go to the disputes tribunal and see what the outcome is there.

Poor cheap quality of framing

I ordered a framed art print which arrived with dirty scuffs around the edges, either marked during the framing or while it was put in the tight cardboard box without any protective wrapping around it. The frame itself was warped so one end sticks away from the wall and the actual print not completely cantered around the frame. Overall look - very cheap and shabby. Terrible quality for $362 NZD. I wish I had given this money to any artist. When I sent photos, the reply was - "product is still usable"!!! Completely missing the point of artwork which is to look aesthetically pleasing, its only function. I was offered 25% discount on the next purchase which will never happen.

Poor Supply

Poor Supply : My order was place 4 weeks ago and on the 3rd week I was told the goods would be delayed and to expect them in a week. Still no goods and I get the some old excuse, your order is being processed. I have now cancelled the order and was told 3-5 days to wait for the refund. Again 2 days later I have been told the refund will be processed in 3-5 days. I wonder what year that will be. NEVER will I order anything from Homeloft.
