After getting a honey balm as a Christmas gift for Christmas 2025, weather had been up and down so bad my lips on the sides were chapped and cracked and my other products that normally work wasn’t cutting it. I started using honey balm that was gifted and it worked within a couple days my lips were healed. Love this stuff!! Do I decide I needed more and made an order. I am now hooked
These are the best lip balms I have ever used! My lips are so soft now. My dry and chapped lips are so much better. The scents are great! So far I have tried 2 of the tinted balms (cherry, gingerbread), and both colours are annazing and last quite long on your lips. The best cherry ever!
Was looking for a stocking stuffer for my wife and on their website it states that if you ordered by December 15 your order would arrive by Christmas. Well, that sounded great and I ordered a kit. It took five days for any update on the order and by time it was processed it was already December 20. I already knew it wasn’t going be delivered on time. I contacted Honey all and asked that the order be cancelled as if they couldn’t keep their promise, I would need to find an alternative gift. They said it was in process and that tracking number would be sent shortly. Christmas came and went and still no tracking or updates and the customer service was just telling me to be patient. I just received my tracking update and the order I placed on December 15 is not slated to arrive on January 8 (if it arrives at all)! That is nearly three (3) weeks from order date. I’m OK if the are delays, but when a company promises something in writing (whether on a website or document), they should honour it. This company does not and still has the audacity to tell me to be patient. Very disappointed and I am unsure of how some people get their products in days and many others don’t. Seems very strange to me.I can’t recommend this company based only on their service as I may never actually receive the product.
