I ordered quite a few balms for my granddaughters and daughter in laws for Christmas. It was a big hit w/ all of them. I just ordered some for myself after hearing hiw much they ABSOLUTELY LOVE this product. They say the flavors are just amazing and the balm is perfect.
I was a little worried before ordering because I had read some mixed reviews online, but my experience turned out to be completely positive!
I ordered 15 lip balms at once (including duplicates to give as gifts), so I was especially concerned about receiving the wrong flavors or incorrect quantities. Thankfully, everything arrived perfectly — no mistakes, nothing missing, and nothing extra. Every flavor was exactly what I selected.
The packaging was small, delicate, and well-presented, making them great for gifting. Shipping was also very reasonable; my order arrived in about 10 business days, which was faster than I expected.
I’ve already tried one, and there’s no strange smell or plastic-like taste at all — just a pleasant, normal scent and smooth application.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and relieved that everything went so smoothly. It seems like I was lucky, but my experience was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!
The product is visually appealing, and the packaging is quite charming! However, I have a few concerns that lead me to hesitate about reordering. That said, I wouldn’t go as far as to say I don’t recommend it. To me, it’s on par with other lip balms, and I don’t notice a significant difference. The taste and texture are enjoyable, though! I found some of the marketing a bit misleading since the models appear to have makeup on under the lip balm, so just a heads up! This isn’t a lip gloss; it’s more of a lightly tinted balm based on the flavor. Additionally, it feels overpriced; I think I paid more for the packaging than the actual product. One small container doesn’t last as long as a standard lip balm either. The delivery took a while, which didn’t bother me much, but it can be frustrating if it’s meant as a gift. After discussing it with friends, we all shared similar sentiments, so I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, I have mixed feelings.
The flavors are absolutely delightful. I purchased 15-20 balms for the holiday season and displayed them as easy hostess gifts. My nieces eagerly selected their favorite flavors. No need to fret, I chose my favorites before the guests showed up. I returned for the new flavor and a sale.
I did not get my order placed on December 1. My recent emails requesting a refund have not been answered, which is very disappointing. Fortunately, my other order arrived just in time for Christmas. I had planned to gift your product for New Year's, but it never arrived. This was the only package that did not arrive on schedule for the holiday.
