The sizing is quite inconsistent. I purchased two dresses on final sale, both labeled as large. One fit perfectly, though the fabric is prone to wrinkling. The other, also a size large with a zipper, doesn’t fit at all. It's puzzling how the same size can vary so much. I realize exchanges are possible, but there's not even a larger size available for the one that doesn’t fit. I find the return policy rather strict, especially considering the high price of these items. I wonder if the company will address this issue. Store credit would seem more reasonable as a solution. So, be cautious before making a purchase and consider trying items in person, particularly with such a return policy.
I had a really unpleasant and uncomfortable experience at the store. The first employee who assisted me was very nice and inquired if I needed help with returning or exchanging a dress. I mentioned I wanted to exchange for a small size, but she only found one medium size on the rack and went to check in the back for small sizes while I held onto the medium dress just in case. While I was waiting for her, another employee approached me, and I explained my situation. To my surprise, she took the dress from me and put it back on the rack, which left me confused. I felt discriminated against, and I was so shocked that I left the store without saying anything. I ended up exchanging the dress for the medium, which was the last one available, but the actions of that one employee completely soured my experience. I won't be returning, as I believe we should avoid spending money in places that don't treat us well.

This is my top choice for beautiful, meaningful, and high-quality clothing. Everything is delightful! Customer service is quick and helpful, and the delivery is prompt with careful packaging. I haven't needed to return anything yet, so I can't comment on that.
