My book shipment was split into two and delayed and I was only informed via a note inside the first shipment. I now have to wait 2-3 additional weeks for the remainder of my books. Good thing I didn't pay for expedited shipping.
The training I purchased for the NASCLA is not up to date with the books they sell and there are many incorrect answers in the practice tests and training. Many of which have been commented on for months without correction.
I was lied to about one on one tutoring. I was first told they were choosing between multiple tutors to find the best one to meet my needs. I was then told that the one and only tutor they have is on medical leave. Do they have multiple tutors or just one and they are on leave? Were they lying the first time or the second It took me 3 days going back and forth with support via email to even attempt to schedule this tutoring that I never received.
The two people I have dealt with have been great. However, I had started reading some of the contractor regulations on my states regulation page before taking your courses. I reported this to your company, now I’m a little concerned there is incorrect information I am learning from your course. I called the state Dept of Occupational Regulation and they stated the information on their site is accurate and not what is in two of your courses.
