Best customer service I've had in years. Purchased their water fountain for our picky cat with kidney issues, and he loved it. Had an issue with the pump down the line and they without skipping a beat send us their new and improved version free of charge. Safe to say we are incredibly happy with both product and service.
This company is a SCAM. I purchased 1 litter box. This was a TERRIBLE decision. It is so poorly designed I cannot believe it's still being sold, and at such an outrageous price! The base where the litter sits is smaller than the lid, obviously. But when the cat pees in the box and is close to the edge, the pee goes all over the floor! I have disputed this transaction with my bank as you sent a faulty product and trying to find any excuse to do not get this returned.The product is faulty and the customer service so poor. This is terrible, unhealthy and disgusting. Do not buy this litter box.
