Review Time
Everything was great, the customer service and the products. The only inconvenience I had was that when I made the order, I choose the delivery option that said 3-4 working days, and I needed it to arrive within that time. I made the order a Saturday, which means the package should have arrived at the latest on Thursday. I was in communication with customer service this whole time because the products were urgent, and they were great but the package ended up arriving 2 days after they told me.
This was my first time ordering from this store and I am blown away by Kathryn's customer service. My order experience came with some bumps in the road (some that were the fault of my own), but Kathryn went above and beyond to smooth everything out. I am beyond grateful and impressed with this store and will be ordering again!
I'm updating my review from May 25. It was my error on the size.Kathryn reached out immediately and helped me return the package I initially received and is sending the correct size.She went above and beyond what most companies would do to fix my error and at no cost to me.Definitely a company I will continue to do business with. 😌
