Works very well. I put it on my older cat and it kept her and 2 younger kittens much calmer. However, after 3rd use, Mt older cat developed a rash on her chin. I can't use this any more as the younger kittens don't act right with this collar on.Now about the dog collar, this works very well on my 10 yr old Rotti and it had calmed ger down and she's not so "clingy ". I will vintners her collar and rate it 5 stars
