Unprofessional Encounter

The doctor was incredibly rude, wasted my time, and abruptly ended the call after I raised a question and shared my concerns. I'm shocked at the lack of consideration for my medical needs. I cannot recommend this doctor or the service.

They won’t respond to emails regarding missing scripts but will reach out 8 months later to follow up on payments due to their administrative mistakes. This company seems to have lost its values in pursuit of profit.

They do not return emails, calls go unanswered, and they have even disabled voicemail. They are quick to take your money for appointments, but then provide no service, no script, nothing. Very disappointing and feels like a scam.

Where Is Everyone?

The booking and consultation process was smooth, but after the consultation, I was told a script would be sent, and two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I contacted the dispensary, and they confirmed no script was sent. I’ve tried calling back but only reach voicemail. It's been a week of trying to get in touch, and it feels like no one is reviewing any inquiries or voicemails.
