I would rate this a negative ten if I could. These so-called amazing glasses are awful—definitely do not buy, especially in NZ; better quality can be found at a discount store. After spending over $100 NZD for three pairs, I was let down! All three pairs went to the trash the same day they arrived—what a waste of my hard-earned money. It’s frustrating to see such subpar products being sold. Please stop taking advantage of hardworking individuals.

I purchased a pair of glasses in June and requested shipment by July 12. Now it's July 28, and I still haven't received them. Their customer service line is always busy, and I've received no response to my four emails about the issued tracking number. While I can't comment on the frame quality yet, the lack of customer service is frustrating and unprofessional.
I've done business with this service for years. While their customer service was never great, the prices were reasonable. Recently, they sent me a replacement authorization but never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have become a rip-off, and I recommend avoiding them.
