Unsatisfactory product experience

The products from this company are quite unsatisfactory. I purchased a glow-in-the-dark alarm clock, and they mistakenly sent me two! While the numbers glow, the hands do not, making it impossible to tell the time at night. It's a total letdown! Additionally, I bought some front-fastening bras that are uncomfortable to wear. I won't be purchasing from this company again!

Unauthorized charges from my mother's account

This company has been debiting my mother's account every month since 2021 without her consent. As a vulnerable pensioner, she was unaware of these charges until I reviewed her bank statements. I have contacted them multiple times, and although they promised a refund, it is still unresolved. They took a total of £1319.31 for subscriptions she never agreed to, and so far, only £743.39 has been refunded since last November. This company is disgraceful, and I urge others to report them to the appropriate authorities.

A cautionary tale

I bought two torches from this company a few years ago and unknowingly became a member of a rewards club. Despite canceling multiple times, a company called Premier Club has been trying to withdraw money from my account for two years. Thankfully, my bank blocked it. I advise everyone to do thorough research before purchasing from this company.

If I could rate lower, I would

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. They are nothing but criminals. My mother unknowingly signed up for a trial membership after purchasing slippers. I canceled it via the email provided, but they ignored the request and began charging her credit card. I'm working on reversing those charges, but they claim the email address they provided is incorrect. This company should be held accountable for their actions.

Deceptive practices

They are engaging in deceptive practices. They convinced my elderly mother that she needed vitamins over the phone. After I returned the items and threatened legal action if she wasn't refunded, I had to cancel her debit card as they repeatedly attempted to withdraw more money.

I spent nearly £80 with this company, and without my consent, they charged my credit card £49.98 for their rewards club 11 days later! My bank is aware of this scam.
