I paid the service for a complete website that was supposed to be live by Black Friday last year, and now it is mid-January 2026 with no completed website delivered. The site remained on a demo/test link and was not ready for an actual business launch. I kept receiving excuses and requests for additional payments instead of seeing real progress. I requested a refund several times but was ignored, and their contact number goes unanswered. They also made bold claims (including stating they developed major fashion websites), but based on my experience, those assertions are misleading. No website and no refund.
