Sent order and payment via etransfer which was declined. Second payment to a different cashier was ignored.All communication was via WhatsApp, no phone number, and no reply from 2 emails from me.I cancelled the order and have not heard anything back.Definately a scam, will report as fraud.
I ordered, paid by interact and went to direct deposit…. 4 days ago and nothing to confirm they received my $ or are sending what I ordered….$290 worth. I wrote three emails, tried to call but the number never went thru. This is definitely a scam and it needs to be put out in as many places as possible. Absolutely reprehensible with no account stability. Shame on you, Christopher Sarpong, or whoever you really are
I ordered a bag of Ferrier formula plus they confirmed receipt of the order and receipt of payment on September 10. It is now September 27 and nothing has arrived nor have they answered me when I requested where this order was and what was happening I would not be ordering anything from the store.
Placed an order last night and it stated our order was pending approval and to call 315-332-1415. I’ve tried to call this number this morning and also the past few days to ask questions but nobody answers. Also, when we placed our order you site said to use code SAVE20 to get 20% off which would be around $60 but it only gave is $20 off.Please call or email me to resolve these issues. Order #2792Update: company responded but demanded we paid them through PayPal. I asked them why but they never responded. It’s because you’re unable to dispute PayPal transactions that are paid to a person. After extensive research this not a legitimate company.
I order a $3500 saddle which came in a box unwrapped and not protected at all. I asked prior to receiving what the return policy was because as suspected it was to heavy for me, I was told it was $60 then when I got the saddle there was a return slip that also stated a 5% restocking fee however it would be waved toward an exchange to another saddle. I tried 3 different saddles and none were in stock so I got stuck with not only the $60 shipping return but another $162 restocking fee, so over $200 later I am out $$ and have no saddle, I would not recommend buying from this company. update after I spoke with cc company who recommended disputing the restocking fee charge they did message back that they would wave the fee
