Weekly Update – Refund Request Still Unresolved
This week, I received a direct call from Danny Ross, a licensed Realtor in Chicago, Illinois, who was preparing to schedule an appointment with House Jet.
Before moving forward, he reviewed my posts—and the posts of other agents—regarding House Jet’s lead system.
Based on what he read, he chose not to interview with House Jet.
Instead, he reached out to me directly asking one simple question Realtors are asking everywhere right now:
“Where can I find real, verifiable buyer and seller leads that actually convert?”
This matters.
It confirms what I’ve been saying all along:
• Realtors are actively searching for legitimate lead solutions
• They are doing their homework
• And they are walking away from House Jet after reviewing real agent experiences
I did not leave House Jet because I lack follow-up skills, training, or experience.
I’ve been in this business since 2006.
I left because the core product promised—real, vetted buyer and seller leads—was not delivered.
While House Jet continues to point to dashboards, “universities,” and internal metrics, Realtors are voting with their feet—and their wallets.
The irony?
Agents are now reaching out to me for direction.
And yes—I’ve already pointed multiple agents to a better-performing lead option that is producing verifiable results, without long-term contracts, gimmicks, or excuses.

After five years at a large brokerage, I've spent the past year with a smaller independent broker closer to home. This program offers a more structured support system with its CRM and tools, reminiscent of what I had at the larger firm, but seems easier to grasp. I have followed the outlined refund procedures, including the required training and onboarding, yet my refund request has been rejected. As a licensed and experienced professional, I did not purchase the training program; I expected to receive vetted, ready-to-purchase leads, which were not provided. I have now gathered a growing number of professionals who have reported similar issues.
