Unprofessional Scheduling and Unclear Communication

I found this provider through the IRS website and booked an appointment online. The first appointment was missed without notice. I had to follow up multiple times via chat and email. When the call finally took place, the representative apologized, explained they were at lunch, and appeared unprepared and unaware of my previously submitted information.My questions were not answered clearly, and I received inconsistent responses. I was also directed to book a service online, but the booking button did not work. A second appointment was booked shortly after, but no confirmation or meeting link was ever sent.Overall, the experience did not feel professional. As a customer based in Germany, I also noticed a lack of clearly international reviews. This was my personal experience.
