Whilst the stools that we received were a disappointment (colour looked different online and they looked very cheap for the price we paid), Jenny, the kind customer service lady who I was emailing back and forth with was extremely helpful and patient. She was always so lovely and easy to deal with. She is the only reason why I have given this company 4 stars. In terms of the furniture, I’d say it’s cheap.
The order was duplicated partly due to automated reminder and email delay. We tried to cancel the duplication. This was an an extremely frustrating experience communication only by email no phone. We told by email eventually that the duplication could not be stopped. Sent from Victoria but has to be returned to Western Australia??? No refund only a credit voucher. You just make it all to hard. I had been looking for a particular product and I fortunately found what suited me on House of Isabelle web site. I was pleased with the price and happy with the product when it arrived. There were problems with the delivery and the product arrived safely with no damage.
