After 10yrs with Howkins & Harrison managing my property, my experience was turned around with Kelly Petterwood dealing with the end of tenancy which was a breath of fresh air. She was efficient, methodical and handled a very difficult situation with true professionalism. Definitely a 5 star experience.
Martin, Karen, Cally and Amy, along with their support staff from the Howkins and Harrison Towcester office, helped make the move in our new home an excellent one. They provided solid information and advice throughout the process, ensuring we were able to sell our house to achieve our next home. Even on the day of the move, they kept us up to date with a real-time progress report, making the last hurdle of completion much less stressful. Most of all, they were welcoming whenever we called into the office, made time for us and were genuinely thrilled that we achieved the new home we wished for. Thank you to you all for your help!

Drew has been a great estate agent. He has always provided quick solutions to concerns raised. In fact I thought estate agents work in favour of landlords until Drew proved me wrong.He will go extra miles to make sure everything is ok with both parties to avoid any dispute. He does his work with such deligence. He makes sure he performs his duties in the best interest of both the landlord and tenant. I feel apart from being an estate agent, he is also a voice for the voiceless. I will forever be grateful to him.
I can’t thank the team enough at the Lutterworth branch. It was not an easy sale as the Probate was not forthcoming but we got there in the end. Having moved 9 times previously my experience has taught me that estate agents rarely get involved once the offer is accepted, the Lutterworth team were constantly providing updates and communicating with both parties and their solicitors, also contacting HMRC for updates on the probate. I spoke to Lauren more than I spoke to my own partner, I cannot speak highly enough of them. In fact I think Father Xmas might be paying them a visit.
