Scam. Terrible pendants. Not able to install in CAN as doesn’t meet CSA standards and it didn’t even have a ground wire! Unsafe and the product didn’t connect properly - very loose connections. I immediately tried to return and no response back. They are a complete scam! Buyers beware!!

I ordered three lamps from Hozo, but unfortunately, the shipping company lost my package. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the carrier to resolve the issue or obtain compensation, I reached out to Hozo to share my experience.Thankfully, Lina from their customer service team was very empathetic and resourceful. She offered a solution, and the company arranged to ship my order again. The lamps arrived, and they look amazing.
Initially we had an issue with shipping. The shipping cost was unexpectedly far out of scope after I purchased the lamp. But they found a creative solution where the product was first shipped to an intermediary warehouse and then to my home. Took a bit longer but they solved the problem and I have my lamp. That’s what good customer service does!
due to a mistake of mine, the carrier did not have the correct address, and the hozo customer support helped me a lot through the process until the delivery, they were very helpful and they replied really quicklly to all my emails. they showed real concern.
I had a very good experience buying a lamp online at hozo lighting. Communication was very good. Alice answered al my questions quickly and was helpfull in picking the Right colour! I would recommend hozo as a Customer friendly Company. And the lamp Turned out to be just what we wanted!
