I was suspicious at first but the very good customer support service of hproxy has made my experience very enjoyable. They offer cheaper rates as compared to others but the quality of their proxies is in no way less than the other more costly websites. Their IPs are mostly clean as well. You should give it a try, at least I found it very good.
